Front bumper adjustment
Yes I just got mine adjusted so the gap between the bumper and the grill is even side to side. The holes are slotted. You'll have to remove the grill to get to the top 2 bolts -

Making my own panhard..What size bushings?
I purchased a adjustable bar from Suicidedoors.com last year and finally got around to installing it a week ago. Rest assured the bar is a quality piece. Very much overkill versus the stock panhard bar. I just had to tell them the length I needed and the bushing size. I plan on going this...- Badluck

Going lower... but I have an issue.
I had to use PB blaster, a BFH, and some heat to break mine up here in rusty WI. It took plenty of time, I can't/don't want to remember how long. I put grease on the new keys to make for easier removal if needed.- Badluck

problems installing mcgaughys drop spindles
Put a jack under the spindle and let the weight of the truck seat the ball joint into the spindle, this should stop the ball joint from spinning.- Badluck
