    It is certainly worth a try . Thanks . Seems like there could be a problem with the adjusting screws messing up the plastic receivers.

    Thanks for the reply. I double checked the pin alignment , some of the holes are slightly larger than the pins , while others are a tight fit.It seems as if the headlamp securing bracket itself is not tight to the body.

    Haha , thank you all , from Oregon ( GO DUCKS ), or any other place .Obviously i'm a serious newbie trying to learn the system .2004 Tahoe, Z71. I am trying to get insight as to why the headlamps ,passenger side especially, wont stay tight in the housing. I am looking at the headlamp housing...

    Headlamps wont adjust properly . It seems like the factory headlamp " backing" is not tight ,allowing the headlamps to move .
