    1998 2 door Tahoe 4x4 Sport

My dad has my 98 Tahoe and it has been sitting in a garage for 3 years. Before we try to start it, he wants to get the oil flowing so we do not SCAR the cylinder walls, wreck the bearings, or anything from letting all the oil sit for that long. What would you guys recommend before starting? I...

    P0307 2014 Suburban

The 41-110 plug was the original ones I just removed from my truck and from searching around the forums, the story seems to be these were made by Denso for ACDelco. The part number change to 41-162 plugs were when NGK started making them for ACDelco. So I would not need to find it in the...

    P0307 2014 Suburban

So just to report back, I changed out all 8 plugs with ACDelco 41-110 and ACDelco 748UU wires from AutoZone. As suggested, I also swapped coil #7 and #3 in case the miss returned I would know if it was the coil or if it was something else. Even though the plugs had 10 years on them, I think...

    P0307 2014 Suburban

Thanks Marky. Moving 7 up to 1 or 3 would make it a little easier to get to and verify if it is the problem. Are you suggesting the price of coils are going to go up? Looking on AutoZone just now, I assume figure out if I have the square or round coil and then buy ACDelco D510C or D514A...

Public Service Message - AFTERMARKT O2 sensors SUCK!

Last October, on my 2014 Suburban with about 220k miles on it I replaced all 4 original O2 Sensors. They had started throwing codes so I had been running Costco's 92 octane gas with additives which kept the codes to only be occasional during MN winter and not during the summer. I put in two GM...

    P0307 2014 Suburban

On way to work at stop sign and stop light, I noticed the tachometer "bobble" a little at idle. It has had ever so so slight done that since I got it in 2014 and stealership said it was normal. It was a little more than that this time I thought but it went away and no light came on. After work...
