    2008 Tahoe New to me but have some issues

    Dont forget about the drivers side motor mount. My 08 started leaking red fluid and it took me awhile to figure out it was the liquid filled motor mount. Didnt know there was such a thing. Replaced it with a H3 solid motor mount.

    Failing lifter?

    Unfortunately, I got a set of AC Delco wires for my 09 Yukon and 1 of the wires was bad. Decided to do a resistance test before I got to #8 cylinder and found a bad wire. Purchased from the AC Delco store on Amazon. Check your new parts if you can.

    Broken Motor Mounts

    I have the RWD. I only did the drivers side. I watched a you tube video. Carefully jacked up on the motor. Mine original oil filled went out at around 125k miles. You really shouldnt need to do the passenger side as the drivers side is the side that handles all the motors torque pulling up...

    Broken Motor Mounts

    For my 09 Yukon I used a non fluid filled mount GM part #25847739. It was a pain to replace but I wont have to worry about it failing again. I believe this for the H3 Hummer.
