Blackout chrome on Storm Gray Denali?
Have this Storm Gray 2010 Denali. Considering toning down the chrome and wondering if anyone has or has seen this color with blackout chrome trim, mirror caps, grille and/or wheels? Wondering what parts would look best black. Some or all? And gloss or matte? -
Trans filter change or not: high-mileage 2010 Yukon Denali
I know there are competing views on changing (or not) the trans fluid on a high mileage vehicle (200k+). I'm leaning towards not, as last trans services was at 140k and I currently have no trans issues. My question is: should I just change the trans filter? Denali with 18” wheels?
2010 Denali AWD here. I’m in the market for new wheels; currently have 20s. Rather than stay with 20s or go up to 22s, I’m considering going down to 18s in an attempt to further soften the already smooth ride. I’m wondering if anyone put 18s on their Denali, what size tires they went with and... -
Anybody know what could cause this wheel scratching?
2 of the 4 wheels had this chipping/scratching on them when I bought my Yukon. Never saw this before. It doesn't chip off more with a fingernail. Any idea what might have caused it? I'm considering either 1. buying 2 OEM (or replica OEM) wheels to replace them, 2. rechrome the 2 bad ones, or 3... -
Servicing (or not?) Trans at 200k+ miles
My new-to-me '10 Yukon Denali has 210k on it. Records show the following done at 140k: "Automatic transmission serviced Transfer case serviced Rear differential serviced Front differential fluid flushed/changed" Should I have the trans serviced again? Center armrest cutout delete Yukon Denali
Has anyone wanted to replace the center armrest top with a fully-padded leather one (no cutout for phone, coins, etc.)? I can't seem to find any offered anywhere, except for crappy looking neoprene fabric ones. -
