Soft8 hole style alloys and vibration

Sound issue when indicating
Hi guys, I have a weird issue with my 2008 Hoe. Sometimes, not all the time, when i indicate i will hear a high pitch whistling sound instead of the blinkeng noise it normally makes, for the normal 3/4secs. It also enforces my engine noise.
