    Back speakers won't work after stereo replacement

    I got a new radio in my 2010 GMC Yukon SLE And my back speakers are not working at all the only speakers work are the front and I have no clue how to fix this.. anybody know how to help ? Anyone know what that blu/bull plug is ?
