    Why does gm want the transmission temperature to run hot? I know there are bypass kits to drop the temperature. I assume the kits work with the 3.0 duramx on a hc tahoe.

    Any recommendations for a Bluetooth obd iPhone performance monitor? I don’t want a dash mounted monitor. I would like to occasionally pull up on the phone info on current gear, regen state and any other fun numbers we don’t have on the screens. 2025 3.0 Tahoe.

    Exhaust braking

    I have a 2025 tahoe LZ0. I’ve been playing with exhaust braking, activated by selecting tow/haul, on downhill grades. I don’t see any difference, is this really doing anything? Manually downshifting obviously gives me immediate engine drag, slowing. Any thoughts, one better than the other?
