    Does anybody know which way is best to position the non afm lifters oiling holes in a 2010 6.2? Up or down?

    OK I'm doing a afm lifter replacement and my problem is that I'm not sure which way to position the oil holes on the non afm lifters. The internet says front or back but my block only has a port on the bottom of the lifter seats. Is it better to have the oil holes towards the intake or the exhaust?

The problem was the little seal that goes in-between the glass and metal that the replaceable seal snaps onto was old and dry rotted and falling out of the channel it lays in allowing the whole seal...
