I will be purchasing the AFM DOD DELETE KIT. Which one should I buy? Camshafts included? Can't we just replace the Only lifters without springs? Does the ECM need to be changed as well?- yukon2015

2015 yukon misfire cyl 8 P0300
my yukon denali 6.2 2015 misfire light now In the live daters, cyl 8 is a misfire And recently, cyl 4 P0300 P0206 P1248 I try New plug New Plug wire New 8 fuel injector New lifter with spring Valve cover open and valve movement is good maybe no damage to wiring Please help....- yukon2015
