    They should be quick connectors, if so there is not losening or tightening. Either they are connected or not.

    Just get the TruCool cooler and call it done... You don't need both, and a pan won't be enough.

    Not on an '05. You have to have it programmed to your vin. Get one from dash solutions on eBay. I have an SS cluster myself.

    The uppers are pretty solid from the factory, doubt you will have to do anything on them. If you want stock replacements your best bet would be to buy the whole piece new. By the time you get the bushings and have them installed you will probably have spent more than new ones.

    Looks like NBS trucks will use the ISIMPLE ISGM535 unit. At least that is what I have found while seeing if this would work in my '05. I have never heard of this one before this thread.

    I just replaced my front shocks this weekend. Shocks do hold up the front end. I replaced the pass side first then went to the drivers side there was a noticable difference in ride height. Once I change the drivers side it was level again. I would check the shocks first.

    I agree with Rudy, I have read a couple of articles that say that aftermarket wires don't really have any effect and that as long as they are quality wires they are all basically the same in functionality.
