    What jack are you using on your truck? I need to get a new one. Amazon has a Powerzone 380044 3 Ton Aluminum and Steel Garage Jack for $150. It has fairly good reviews. I hear that once again Craftsmen jacks are not as good as they used to be. Their quality has really slipped in recent years.

    Well, the pans holds two quarts more than stock, i thought that might help things a bit. . I have a SS silverado cluster with the trans temp gauge. I also have the factory code "knp" trans cooler now. It looks like that cooler would be a huge upgrade. Thanks for the tip.

    I don't believe the chrome versions came on every SS, just certain years. I know early SS's had the silver painted version. Those are OEM centers.

    Don't you have to have a larger wheel to run the NNBS brakes? You will also have to change the caliper brackets. I have all the stuff setting in my garage, just haven't had a chance to do the swap.

    HAs anyone used the Edelbrock shocks. I ran acroos an add for them for around $75 each. I liked the set that I installed on my '84 Hurst Olds, just wondering if the SUV shocks are any good.
