Id keep your stock 20s and lower it. But thats me.
Since your spoke goes to the edge your 20s will probably look just as big as those 22s since the spokes curve in. (Does this make sense) Good price but it really isnt going to change the look of your truck much at all. IMO
Not my cup of tea but if you like them get em. It seems like a good price.
Plus if you are going to lower it should look good. What color is your truck?
They might cover it but probably not. They did change mine out for free along with the front inner handles and the AC control head since the buttons were peeling. My 07 dash cracked a year ago with only 35K miles.
I just wish I could convince my wife to get rid of it and get a NBS but she...
I doubt the canister was actually the problem. If the problem still exists it will take a few ignition cycles for it to show the code again.
The solenoid is back in front of the spare. The new one looks nothing like the old one. The old one was a box and the new one is round.
That's the output shaft to the front differential. It just looks like they did a sloppy job of putting the boot and clamp back on. Or maybe they just knocked it loose when they were changing the motor.
Did you attach just the tab without the wire? And like most epoxies I would probably not reconnect the wire for a few days.
Permatex makes good products so I'm surprised it didn't work.
Like I said Amazon has mixed reviews.
I do need to get off my a$$ and try to fix mine.

Havent tried it yet but I need to fix mine. Mines been broken for over a year but I havent needed the defroster anyway...
Soak it up with some paper towels and make sure you change the oil BEFORE you start it up.
That's all I can think of right now. Been a long day.
I'm sure Sunlitcomet will come in with some very good words of wisdom.
Thanks. I'm so glad I did the conversion. There is another member on here with a dark blue Tahoe with the same conversion (solefood21). There are more but he and I are the only ones using an Oem bumper. Everyone else uses the SS and the 03-05 grill.
You have to buy me a drink before a comment like that.
Actually all I have is my old pics from when I first did the conversion. I have a few things I'm about to change so hopefully soon I will do a build thread for it.
Mine need to be resprayed because when I got them they were...
The kit is sitting in the garage waiting on me to have time to do it. I'm also a mechanic but I don't want to deal with any issues since its on the wife's truck. And she has to make a hard left turn everyday on the way to work. :emotions122:
