    Finally figured out what was causing the low speed swaying left and right. Driver side rear tire tread separated internally with a bulge the size of my fist. Didn't see it until it was on a lift in the air.

    I was thinking electrical which is why I was turning the wheels to see if a wire was rubbing. Wife was turning left when this happened. In the morning I'll pop the hood and start looking at wires to see if there is anything obvious.

    @kbuskill Thats what happened to mine and is the reason for installing a new one, installing a new canister and blowing the lines out when I also changed the fuel pump.

    @rdezs On post #8 I mentioned replacing the purge solenoid and I did use an AC Delco one. I tested it two days ago and it tested SAT.
