3.0 Bluetooth performance monitor app for iPhone?

Any recommendations for a Bluetooth obd iPhone performance monitor? I don’t want a dash mounted monitor. I would like to occasionally pull up on the phone info on current gear, regen state and any other fun numbers we don’t have on the screens. 2025 3.0 Tahoe.

Oil analysis 0-20 Wolf after 10,000 km or 6,250 miles

Vladimir, I’m not sure why you’re so concerned about the guarantee/warranty. I don’t believe you have a warranty in Russia. You present yourself as a rebel, why would you care? I’m curious why you’re even buying the American crappy cars. You continue to rant about the poor quality, poor...

    Early oil change opinions

The oil filter is not a great barrier, I forget the numbers, but I think the filter is not much finer then 20 microns. Yes machining debris is left behind, I believe the 6.2 recall notice specifically said debris was part of it. I forgot to mention the turbo charger using engine oil for...

    Early oil change opinions

Gm does not use breakin oil. I don’t get this push back on early oil changes. Machining debris is common in a new engine, ask the 6.2 gas guys. Spend 90k on a truck and whine about a $75 oil change. Go ahead and wait till the idiot light comes on for your oil change.

    Early oil change opinions

I’ve talked to many town car operators and they all tell the same story of high mileage cars. Change the fluids regularly and drive frequently. I threatened to buy a town car as my daily driver and my wife wanted nothing to do with that ;). I’m guessing the op is an Airbus mechanic. As you know...

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

That sucks you failed. What’s your year, model and do you have your engine build date? You’re the first fail I’ve heard first hand.

Oil analysis 0-20 Wolf after 10,000 km or 6,250 miles

Let me get this straight, you’re saying early oil changes will harm the engine? Don’t tell the dealership I bought from, that has free oil changes for life, they recommend significantly more frequently than 7500 miles and by the way it’s their nickel. Back to my earlier statement, your posts are...

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

I’m referring to the poll I’ve taken here. I’ve asked the question several times on this forum. Not one first hand account of an engine replacement because of a failed pico test. Lots of dealer said this and that. No it’s not scientific but I have not heard of one yet. We have allot of passes...

Oil analysis 0-20 Wolf after 10,000 km or 6,250 miles

Industry wide it’s well known 20weight is for mpg, not longevity. You defend 20 like it’s the holy grail. I almost forgot, your long oil change cycles. Yes, these positions puzzle me. 20weight Start stop AFM/dfm Variable oil pressure pump On/off alternator Long oil change cycles All of these...

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

Everybody passes the test. Gm had to show it’s doing something. Shame on highway safety board for approving the pico test as a remedy. It’s going to be interesting when some of the “passed recall pico tests” fail in the real world.

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

Everybody passes the pico test. Still haven’t heard first hand anybody who is getting a new engine based solely on a failed test.

I believe it does not work on 2025 models. Yes I agree it’s the best solution for the 21-24 models years.

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

I’m still waiting to hear from someone first hand who failed the Knock sensor and received/scheduled for, replacement engine. I think the pico test is eyewash and gm is just replacing engines when they fail. The knock sensor nonsense is to satisfy the highway safety board.

BREAKING: GM is officially recalling the L87

We still have not heard first hand of someone failing the pico test and getting a new engine. I think everybody gets a pass.
