Go to a local, GOOD SUSPENSION TRUCK SHOP in your area. They will advise you on a good brand.
Don’t rely on an autoparts store. They will sell you, only what they have.
The labor to remove the old ball joint ( many times a difficult job)…… Then install the new ball joint…….
Buy the whole control arm. Saves labor & it’s common to buy it assembled….. The price is about the same cost.
When you own a vehicle that’s over 15 years old, ( like mine ) .. I tend to buy needed parts, just in case they become unavailable….
Especially OEM parts.
I was thinking ( ??? )… Remove them, lay them out in the hot sun… soften them up, then re-install??
I wonder what the part number is, and buy new ones….
Yea, Hellwig’s are not cheap… but the quality supports them… and your improved handling will be more than enough to consider the front & rear….. But… there is no hurry for the expense…..

I have Hellwig / solid chrome-molly bars….. 10 times heavier and a huge improvement. ( Links are much beefier...
About water pressure….. I DISCOVERED a hidden filter….. Not ever shown in any parts/assembly directions….
I had very low water pressure from a good ‘pull-out’ faucet……. Absolutely no evidence I could find to cause it….
Guess what….. There is a ‘hidden’ fine-filter, INSIDE the pull-out hose...

( My ancestors were, and are, all over the place over there.. Wales, England, Ireland & also the BBC….. )
You came to the right place for your Yukon ! ( Did you have it shipped there? )
I had a ‘fuel management ‘glitch’ in my /93 Mercedes 500 SL, in So. California….. Could not solve it...
In ’93, there was no code reader hook up….
The smog check shop, brought a same 500 SL, to ‘clone’ the results for my car.
I had no other choice….. I gave them a “tip” for the service…...
