    I haven't read through all of the details but it makes me wonder if there's a deficient body ground somewhere, causing the ground to come through the wrong circuit. Just a thought. Maybe try a voltage drop test to rule it out?

    If I'm seeing the correct part it's just a two-conductor sensor, which means it's probably just a thermistor and the resistance changes when the temperature changes. If you still have your old ones why not test them with an ohm meter and warm/cool the element to see if the sensor is working or not?

    P0452 relates to the data that the fuel tank pressure sensor is reporting to the ECM. Your new pump should have come with a new fuel tank pressure sensor -- just to clarify, are you saying that you changed that sensor after installing the replacement pump?
