Those with 2023 orders and updates.

Totally understand (and respect) you guys looking for the base trim. I hope you both get what you are looking for soon. I'm one that actually made that jump up to the SLT/LT model because there are a couple things I just didn't want to compromise on...leather seat (I guess I could add later)...

    Mandatory Onstar?

Agreed. My point is many people shopping for the Yukon/XL are most like cross-shopping against the Tahoe/Suburban. This instantly creates another substantial price difference. I can only assume GM is trying to create additional distinctions between GMC and Chevrolet.

2022 Yukon SLT Diesel 4WD home at last!

Congrats! Just what I'm looking for only the XL version :)

    Mandatory Onstar?

Yeah noticed this when the 2023 order banks were first opened. Basically it raised the retail price of my 2023 Yukon XL SLT order by $1500. Really sucks. What's really strange (IMO) is that this requirement doesn't appear to apply to the Tahoe/Suburban. So effectively my Yukon XL price went...

    Denali Duramax: Expectation vs. Reality

I hear you on the EV idea. I've been driving an EV for the last 5 years (4 years in a BMW i3 and over a year in a Kia Niro EV). We love it as a local errand vehicle and commuting for work. But I need an 8 passenger vehicle with plenty of room for strollers, suitcases, etc. when I take the...

So Max tow is on constraint now also? Does that mean Duramax, Luxury package and Max tow are all unavailable right now? This keeps getting better and better.....

Looks like you are getting close. I assume you have the 5.3, correct?

2023 Changes: New black grille for Tahoe/Suburban

Hello. As most of you know, one of the few changes for 2023 in the Tahoe/Suburban line is the option for a new black grille (RZB) with "Chevrolet" lettering. I've been kind of anxious to get info on this as I'm not super crazy about the grille on the "LT" model. My dealer told me it was an...

Nice....hope you will be able to move forward from 1100 soon.

Those with 2023 orders and updates.

I assume you dropped the Luxury package? I'm curious if anyone with the Duramax or Luxury package actually had their order accepted for MY 2023? I heard both were on constraint which is why I haven't been able to put in orders yet. I'm just unwilling to compromise on those two items.

    2023 orders open?

Totally understand you guys looking at the Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer. I might be interested in the Wagoneer L once more info is available on it. My concern is overall pricing. It appears MSRP's are much higher than the SLT trim level that I'm looking at for the Yukon XL. Are you guys seeing...

    2023 orders open?

Wow great news! Still wish it didn’t exist at all but definitely better. I’ll have to see if that is the case for SLT. Thanks again!

    2023 orders open?

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I called back one of the Inventory managers at a local dealer and asked him if he has heard of any way to remove that OnStar requirement. He said "no". I asked if he had any idea why GMC would have the requirement but not Chevrolet and of course he had no idea...

    Dealer Recommendations in Northwest

OP: I agree that Robideaux might be a good option for you. They look to be only a 7 hour drive from Boise. I actually started talking to them myself but just decided that the distance to Phoenix wasn't worth it by the time I shipped the vehicle to me. Plus I'd have to do something with my...

    2023 orders open?

In case you guys are confused, I asked the Mods to merge the "2023 Pricing Announced Today" thread with this one since there was a lot of overlap :)

    2023 orders open?

Please let me know what you find out. I'm also going to chat with my Chevy dealer and get more specifics on a Suburban build. It just seems really hard to believe they would bump up the price on one line but not the other....time will tell.... UPDATE: I just placed an order for a 2023...

    2023 orders open?

I'm not sure what's going on....but I don't see the same Onstar requirements for my Suburban as I did for my Yukon XL in the Order Guide. Also, the Build and Price of my Suburban still shows the same price from last week but the Yukon XL is $1500 more. I sure hope they are not making that...

    Gas prices making anyone reconsider?

Yeah, makes sense. I'm taking a slightly different approach. I'm going to go ahead and place some orders just to make 100% sure I get exactly what I want. But as we know, placing an order doesn't mean we will get the product any time soon, so waiting will occur naturally. For instance, the...

    2023 orders open?

Maybe this helps explain things from the 2023 order guides.. For the SLE and SLT model you have to order R9M "3 years of OnStar & Connected Services Plan" Retail and Sold (TRE/SRE) orders will be forced to include option (R9M) 3 years of OnStar & Connected Services Plan. Eligible vehicles...

    2023 orders open?

Good to know...That probably explains the difference in the option price when the dealer brought up the Denali model vs the SLT model ($900? vs $1500). But still a little confusing on what exactly is included in that "option". Is it additional functionality? And what did they do to the...

    2023 orders open?

So I just talked to two different GMC dealers, and these are the guys who actually place the orders. They told me that pricing was announced today but orders cannot be submitted until tomorrow. What they told me was MSRP stayed the same from 2022 but they are now requiring a 3-year OnStar...
  23. B

    2023 orders open?

Yeah, I honestly don't know. But even if the dealer has to resubmit, that doesn't necessarily require any more paperwork from the customer. If the customer signs something saying pricing was "TBD", the dealer could re-submit without any additional approvals. You could always sign something...

    2023 orders open?

The way one of my dealers explained it was if pricing wasn't established, those early orders will just get kicked back out once pricing is established and have to be resubmitted. Assuming that is true (and honestly I have no idea), it seems like we really need to have firm pricing established...
