    That's correct. The rough "hook" side of the velcro is stuck to the back of the mats and nothing is stuck to the back of the third row seats. The mats just stick to the carpet on the back of the third row.

    This is what my concern is too. I really don't want to damage the carpet and if that's the case, then I might as well just opt for the clip method that I've seen earlier in this thread where you drill holes and put the snap pins into the backs of the third row

    Thanks! Just to be clear, I’m talking about this happening with the “auto” setting off and just using manual control. Thank you. I’m not using the auto temp feature though but maybe it still does this regardless? Kentucky here. Went from 90 and humid to 50s in the morning and not humid. Lol

    I think they're just saying that you would have a piece of velcro stuck to the mat itself and then you'd have a piece of velcro stuck to the carpet backside of the third row. Place that tape on the back of the sticky side of the velcro that would ideally stick to the carpet side of the third row...

    Well, it took a month, but the 60 side of my 60/40 split third row finally failed and came off. Every piece of velcro that was stuck to the carpet backing of the third row stopped sticking so I'm back to the drawing board. Thinking about trying some double-sided carpet tape now maybe.

    Gotcha. I did try it today but didn't make a difference. I disabled notifications for a Reddit app completely and viewed a video on the phone and the sound still came through the car audio.

    Interesting. Never thought about that. When you say notification bar only, do you mean notification center or banner? I don't actually see a "bar only" option.

    ah gotcha. Well showing the turns in the cluster would be helpful. But the 2022 has a whole new instrument cluster (100% digital) I guess it wasn't possible for some reason
