Reread the instructions, it is supposed to be 3" from the center of the rod eye to center of rod eye. I have just installed the same kit few months ago and mine dropped about 3" in the rear. Did you mark the level sensors as the instructions said to make sure it's back in the correct position?
Most likely because you have R-1234YF in your vehicle not R-134a. Check the sticker on the bottom of your hood for which AC refrigerant is in your vehicle. Ports are different for each refrigerant type...

Testing update, I was able to remote start my Suburban from inside of few stores, the car was few hundred feet away in a parking lot and I was inside of a concrete building with just the doors in it and no windows. I would say for $27 shipped I'm more than happy with the result.

Thanks, mine rubs the swaybar like crazy at full lock with the 285/45R22 Continetals on OEM snowflake wheels. My front dropped about 1-1/4" from stock with the Belltech 2" drop front spindles.
CMoore711 did you have any rubbing of the tires on the factory swaybar at full lock? do you have any rubbing of the tires on the Hotchkis swaybar at full lock?
At this point you have nothing to loose. Try rubbing compound then polishing compound to see if the scratches come out. At the worst case scenario you are out $20 and and hour of work. If it works and makes the scratches less noticeable you are ahead and can decide if you want to have the bumper...
Once I need front brakes I will be looking into putting the 19-21 Siverado, 21+ Tahoe/Suburban front 4 piston calipers and rotors on my 18 Suburban.
