    i changed it to 35w canbus to get rid of the relay and any other issue. working fine so far. 55w was pulling to much even do it was 9-16 v i will be using those balast for my fog lights instead and will order 55w with canbus for the head lamps to avoid any headaches

    OK so even with the relay kit the lights still flicker, it came with a 30 amp relay, I've notice that most kits come with 40 so I'm going to go to the shop and ask them to replace it for the right one and let's see what happens

    It is a resistor but for vehicles that show burn bulbs The canbus, is to eliminate codes and that's it, at least from what I know.

    So this was part of the relay kit I got, yes past tense, I cut it off bc it was reaching high tempts and anything that touched it would melt. I didn't notice no difference after removing it

    UPDATE: relay harness kit installed no can canbus cancel, so far they work perfect and no code in the dash. The only thing I notice is that I think the automatic light control doesn't work anymore

    If 3000lm blind ppl I don't think that the high power led are the way to go with 6000-8000lm. My 55w I believe are in the 3000lm so I wonder how much more power it will be require to get the other going or what is the power that needs to be sustain to keep them going

    how much did you paid to get the grill and the window trim wrapped? and does it look good or is the wrap lifting anywhere? im planning on doing the same thing just want to see from other board members what they have experienced
