    Nothing. I tore it apart, everything was rock solid inside. Have you tried electrical tape on the floor latches? Helped tremendously with mine

    It’s hard to tell in this pic, but I took it after replacing the driver, while leaving the passenger OEM halogen. Amazing difference. Just drove home from a client meeting in the pouring rain tonight

    Thank you guys. I’ve got a pretty mean light bar I installed behind the grille, so not worried about my high beams, but the factory halogen low beams are useless. Ordered the Hikari.

    do the Hikari low beams allow you to use your factory dust caps? If so, can you post the part numbers/ or link for the low beams? I’m assuming I need a conversion kit?

    Leather interior swap completed. In hindsight, the front seats were so much easier than the 60/40 bench style. So heavy, a pain to move around and work on. But I’m very happy with the end result

    Engine Rattle or Ping

    Either yes, it cleared it up, or oops, grenaded my motor. 91 is minimum octane for most GM 6.2s. One of my vette buddies called me in a panic claiming his LT1 engine is sluggish and dying with 4,300 miles. Turns out his wife had been filling it with 87 to save $.

    Michelin Defenders M/S. Great tires recommended by fellow forum members. Never had an issue with them.

    16 Tahoe. I just ordered the OEM front recovery hooks. I remember someone talking about this, but can’t find the thread. Do I cut the full squares out of the front valance piece? Any help would be appreciated

    Ya, they should be fine without, Swisstrax says they should at least, but I don’t want to take a chance.

    I’ve wrapped electrical tape around the floor latch, but there’s still something else there. I’m in the process of swapping my cloth to leather seats. I’ll keep you posted

    Fair enough, but it wasn’t a 9year old, it’s a highly compensated GM supplier. Most GM seat foam comes with this psychedelic Grateful Dead crap, at no extra charge. Not sure what it is, seems it’s their process
