What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
Did you do any prep on the wiper arms or cowl before you painted them? Did you sand them at all? Use any primer or just the Trim Black paint? I could see sanding the wiper arms a bit, but not sure about the cowl?- CMoore711

Rusty Calipers - issue or just cosmetics
Yeah that seems excessive. How many miles on the vehicle? Maybe they ran some pads down to metal on metal and it made its way onto the calipers? That being said if this is a used vehicle you’re interested in purchasing and all checks out except for calipers I’d try negotiating some new ones...- CMoore711

Upgrades to the OEM Yukon 21+ headlights
The light output looks incredible and is significantly better than the OEM light output. These turned out great! Nothing too crazy over the top, or that looks out of place. Just a nice executed OEM+ look. -
Longtube headers and winters/road salt. How are they holding up?
One of my previous DD vehicles was an '06 Trailblazer SS with the 6.0 LS2. I had 1-7/8" Kooks stainless steel long tube headers and Kooks stainless steel catted Y-Pipe. The GMC Hummer EVs are wide! Having driven a few 21+ T1XX GM SUVs for extended periods of time (3 month rental) they’re also noticeably wider than the GMT900 and K2XX SUVs.- CMoore711

^^Nalied it. We have 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 9yrs old. My wife and I both drive Escalade ESV’s due to our work schedule either one of us need to be able to transport our kids. We will be staying in the ESV/XL SUV platform for quite some time.- CMoore711

Are you saying you have a bad motor mount on your '18 Yukon Denali? If so, I don't think there's been much experience or mention of failing motor mounts on the K2XX platform? I thought that was just a common GMT900 issue. How many miles on your '18 Yukon Denali?- CMoore711

I was referring to the “overlay” the part that gets removed by hand in the video. That’s the custom 3D printed piece they designed right? That’s just an “overlay” trim piece to cover the module mounting bracket and hardware and maintain the OEM+ look of the headlight. It has no impact on... -
Upgrades to the OEM Yukon 21+ headlights
That structure "overlay" on top of the LED modules is pretty much serving as your "projector shroud" as used in a traditional 3.0" Round Bi-LED/HID projector retrofit. It definitely has an OEM+ look to it which is excellent! Keep the progress pictures and videos coming. -

With 24 x 10 +30 on 295/35R24's I would do a 2/3 drop and call it good. That 295/35R24 is as close to an overall tire diameter to a 285/45R22 as you can get for a 24" wheel; Which would be the OEM tire size on GMT900's optioned with 22" wheels.
