    I had some PIAA fog/driving lights on my '97 GT before the moose catcher rusted off. The yellow lights were awesome for the snow and low light, but were blinding, if you were oncoming traffic.

    Battery is Done

    The good last run I gave the '97 GT, was to the drive in theatre, left on accessory for a couple of hours. I cycled the key off, and then it started up fine. Today I went to start, and not even 9v on the dash. I multi metered the terminals and it was 12.98v, after I took the battery tender off...

    Check the + and - terminal connections at the battery. White powdered lead sulfate can form, causing problems. I clean mine with baking soda and water, and a wire brush. How old is your battery? Admin can move this thread to a section where it will have more views.

    Guess this is a better pic of my ride, but the guy had a lifted '92 Blazer. His mudder tires were basically down to racing slicks.

    The Multifunction switch/Turn Signal stalk can cause a myriad of problems. Cruise control, turn signals stuck on, brake switch issues. Ask me how I know.
