    Yep, changing the thermostat should fix that issue. Also it is possible the previous owner installed a thermostat designed to open at lower coolant temps resulting in the issue you are seeing. So make sure you get a genuine GM thermostat. Here is a video I made of me changing mine:

    Power Stop Rotors any good ?

    I installed them on my 2015 Tahoe LT in the summer and they are performing as expected. This will be my first winter using them so I can't comment on how they will hold up in the harsh Wisconsin winter with lots of salt.

    Yes it did resolve my issue. Now the heat gets nice and hot. Before I replaced the thermostat, the coolant temp was around 175-180, but now it's around 210. Over the weekend in Wisconsin our temps dropped into the low teens but I was nice a warm in my Tahoe :)
