I am new here looking for advice on where to post my low mileage 2002 Chevy Tahoe for sale. A lot of people don’t understand how great these vehicles are. I want to post mine where people are knowledgeable about them and know how good they are. Mine is a 2002 2wd Tahoe LT with 105,400 miles on it. I am the 3rd owner and know the other 2 owners. This thing is very nice and want it to go to a good home.

You cannot delete your own post. The mods can. The rules for posting Tahoe's and other vehicles for sale, is to keep this exact thing from happening. You are not contributing to the forum and allowing new members to post for sale can open up a whole can of worms with scams and such. It would be very very rare for any forum to allow selling without meeting a certain criteria.

I understand on having criteria to make sure you have good members.
I am looking for long time members advice on the best places to sell my Tahoe. I am not a member of Facebook and there are so many scams on facebook and some other sites that I would like to steer clear of. I have had a first gen tundra for 10 years and have been apart of the tundra forum and have gotten great advice on my Toyota. This is why I joined this site since I know these vehicles have a cult like following, I truly want the advice of the people that value them the most.

I get it but it is what it is. You can sell the Tahoe at the Tundra site ya know!

Vehicles for sale here are not always the GM brand.

Let me guess, the reason the outer edge of the driver's seat is not shown is that it has the typical tear along the edge.

It has wear but no tears. I have a lot of pics that I didn’t post. Only posted 2 to show what I have so the members could see it and could guide me to what sites they think would be best for what I have. I have other pics that have the for sale signs visible which I didn’t post for that reason.

Yes, I expected it too. It does have the cracking and slight tear but I just did mine on my 2005 Tahoe.

@Gus1980, you can post pics, like new members are encouraged to do and they can have the For sale signs in them and if a member sees the pics and is interested, they will contact. Has the 4.8 engine, correct?

Well, I would think u would have be told by now not to post. But that being said, become a member and u will reach alot of people that would help sell it. It's well worth it!

State you are in?

That, you can handle by going in to your account and setting up more info about yourself and a Signature.

Something that is very key to establishing the value, is if there is paperwork/documentation of repairs and maintenance, over it's lifetime. So many times, a seller, anywhere, says has been well taken care of and has nothing to back up any claims. IMO, that is the single most important thing in buying a used vehicle. That, and the current condition of the vehicle and if any wrecks.
