I carry kayaks and paddle boards on our roof rack. It's easy enough to load with the running boards and standing on the rear tire. The issue I have is that it's awkward to step up onto the rear bumper.

Our old Jeep Commander had built-in handles on the rear pillar that provided something to hang onto for balance so one could step up without issue. Has anyone seen anything similar for Yukon/Tahoe/Escalade?

Maybe something that mounts in the same area as the rear window pillar trim... or anything that would provide a hand-hold for stability with stepping up on the rear bumper.
