Got the wrong struts?
I am waiting for the mechanic to let me know when to bring it in. Got a Chevy tech that’s going to do the “relearn”. I will update when we see if that fixes it.- weldernotmechanic

So here is a plot twist! I pulled measurements on the struts that came out of the truck. Went to oriellys and pulled measurements on a new 43gm1000ps strut. Exactly the same measurements. So I went to the local Chevy house. Pulled measurements on the 84977478 strut. It was 1/4” longer. Old strut...- weldernotmechanic

Said that he could align it, but it wasn’t right. Said control arms are looking upward. Car is definitely lower in the front end.- weldernotmechanic

2019 Chevy Suburban Premier 4x4. 76,000 miles on the truck and struts need to be replaced. I had mechanic replace them. New struts are from oriellys. Part number 43gm1000ps. Took it to get aligned and they said the struts are too short. Mechanic that replaced them said the new ones were the same...- weldernotmechanic
