I have replaced just about every gasket on mine except the head gaskets. but its leak free and doesn't use oil. just drove it on a 2k mile trip and didn't have to add any. I used to need a quart to get back home. 308k now I think. I have replaced the front seat heaters, as well as both front...
my original trans made it to 294,000. which sucked, because I was 1000 miles from home. borrowed a truck from my FIL and towbarred it home so I could have my friend rebuild it.
I made it to 296k on the original trans. had to tow it back home 1000 miles with my FIL's truck. trans rebuilt now. No plans to get rid of it. we'll see how far it will go.
so My 2004 tahoe needs an upgraded rear swaybar, I have a hellwig in the front, but now they are out of/not making the rear one for a lowered tahoe. I tried a regular hellwig back there and it hit everything. wouldn't work, and sold it to someone else. I have a 5"drop in the rear.
I would also be looking at the camber in the rear. if they dial in the front, but your rearend is bent and has neg camber on the driver side it will pull to the right also. you need a full printout.
this is the second trans. I broke 5th gear in the first one, fixed that, then I ripped off third gear teeth. so I built another one to put in. its kinda loud in 5th now, so I have a nv5600 waiting to go in next.
