    Towards the end they put mostly 3.08's in the rear end. I confirmed I have 3.08's on my window sticker.

    Upon some research it appears the front struts are the same as regular tahoe's but the rears are not. My wife lifted her truck and got new struts so I have her barley used struts that will be going on my Tahoe. I will update on how that worked.

    Yes you are right. I just have the habit of referring to shocks and struts, as just shocks. Does putting in stock springs raise the height?

    I have just purchased a 2014 Tahoe PPV (Police package) and the ride is pretty rough. Will regular tahoe front shocks work on the police package? I am wanting to make the ride not so stiff. Thanks for the help.
