Bagged and stabilized
I just did it to my 2001 tahoe 2wd...i got the 4wd bracket and it still works ........my truck doesnt pull like it used to and notihing interfered i can raise and slam it and im still good!
switch the cables around there probably flipped samething happened to mine make sure you line the positve and negative cables with the connectors on the tahoe or you will blow your fuses.
SMOOTH OUT YOUR OEMS OR BUY AN EXTRA PAIR OFF EBAY AMD SMOOTH THEM OUT with fiberglass and bondo AND PAINT THEM. Thats wat i did it cost me less than 50 and i painted them myself.

Heres my tahoe ( http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2683746 ) on the 3-5 drop but on 24's with a 35 series....my issues are bottoming out the suspension and by tires rubbing on the inside of the fenders.... i dont know if you will have the same problem since you have 22's but other than that i love...
