For the big, main bolts yeah. The belt and pretensioner are connected by two interlocking plates. This bolt just prevents those plates from sliding and coming unlocked. I just found a service manual from another member and it shows 44 in/lbs.

So the dealership found the part and we discovered it was a discontinued part.
Part #11514503. We couldn't find it anywhere. Even the parts websites couldn't get them.
So I found bolts of the same dimensions on Amazon.

Nope, not it. Yours and the one dps01 posted are a bit long. It's fully threaded and only 9/16 inch long. I'll just swing by the dealership tomorrow and see what they say.
