    As an update: I had some local lemon law attorneys send a claim over to GM in September. After the standard processing period I heard back this week. GM is offering a $3k settlement with a standard release of claims.

    Dropped the truck off on Monday morning and was given a new graphite performance edition as a loaner which was a pleasant surprise. Confirmed the shudder and are claiming its a maintenance issue. I will need to give them another $475. I'll bring up the TSB and warranty when I pick up.
