I have a 6.0 lq4 and I too am having this problem, checked codes and only P0300. I have a dead cylinder #3 basically. I have a gauge that monitors missfires it says 3 but I never get a dtc for that cylinder. there's a huge history of things i've went through including.
swapping coil packs...
swapped out a MAF with a new one and it seemed to run great "normal" when it was cold then after driving it for just a little it started running like crap again. P0300 is still there and I'm trying to narrow it down.
I doubt it's 02 sensors those are only a year old and the back two are tuned...
what sort of roof rack do you have? it doesn't really sit up super high so I'd imagine so. I don't have the crossbars on mine and i've never really used mine so i'm not 100% sure

Thanks I'm gonna look into those issues too. I'd like to think it's not the intake because the gaskets are only a year old... But anything is possible.

I have those on mine and they fit good and look nice. I'm without cats so i'm looking for a better muffler option then the exisiting 3" magnaflow cat-back
