2003 tahoe
Tahoe it’s when you accelerate on the load, changed Alternator, tensioner/idler Pulley, noise still there, noise is coming from under the hood, that’s where I’m hearing it, noise sounds like a car with gear drive, noise comes and goes when shifting, automatic. Trans- Sugai

Is it the rear main???
Have an 2003 tahoe 2 wheel drive, thought was PCV, wrong rear main seal was the Culprit- Sugai
