Going to add a note here, when i dropped the pan i had found a pc of what looked like a piece of gasket material in behind first valve in 2-3 valve train. The back valve would not come out with any trick i found. It moved some but not more than 1 in. I pushed it back in place and buttoned...
Dropped the pan, both shift solenoids ohm out good, then added a 9v battery both click. Harness ohms out good. Have 12v on E in run. The valve is extremely hard to move. Will a stuck valve set the code same as a dead solenoid?

Mostly highway no towing. Have 12v to one of the pink wires to tcm and 12 to red/ white.
