    Going to add a note here, when i dropped the pan i had found a pc of what looked like a piece of gasket material in behind first valve in 2-3 valve train. The back valve would not come out with any trick i found. It moved some but not more than 1 in. I pushed it back in place and buttoned...

    Dropped the pan, both shift solenoids ohm out good, then added a 9v battery both click. Harness ohms out good. Have 12v on E in run. The valve is extremely hard to move. Will a stuck valve set the code same as a dead solenoid? @NickTransmissions

    This trans had about 40k on rebuild Mostly highway no towing. Have 12v to one of the pink wires to tcm and 12 to red/ white. My diagram shows two pink on from fuse 19. Which i have 12v, to the one that shows it goes to tcm other pink shows it going to 3-2 solenoid. Question is does it go...

    07 Burb guessing not super common don't find a lot posted. The service 4wd is on. All functions of 4wd systen fuction with bidirectional scanner. Trans will shift fine manually but defaults to 3rd gear. Looking for bad grounds now. Is there a"common" failure known?

    Update: did not get to dig any deeper before i received my injectors back. I disconnected the battery, Installed injectors, put everything back together and reconnected battery and hit the key and pump works. So apparently the computer will shut off fuel pump if it freeflows to much or to long.

    I will do that tonight, have the fuel rails off right waiting on injectors, so will have adapt a guage onto the end of fuel line.

    Put in a cheap set of injectors while oem units were being sent out to be rebuilt. One failed was flooded engine shut it off. Did know wha was happening at the time. Had truck towed home. Was doing a fuel pressure test but the pump acted dead. Tried to comand it with scanner, nothing. Tried...

    Well an update for this one, failed lifter on intake 4, jamed cam to shear pin and take out all exhaust valves and ex push rods. 220k almost no wear in cylinders, a hone, new pistons, cam , the works. Maybe by labor day.. lol

    Sounds like the pressure bypass in oil pump stuck open on you. Probably did enough damage to cam bearings to drop pressure below whats needed to operate lifters .

    No its a single bolt cam. And was fully torqued still , 3ft cheater to loosen. I suspect a lifter failed and rotated maybe and shock loaded cam for lack of better description. I haven't pulled heads yet but will post the root cause if found.

    Well feel good didn't last long, truck died pulling out of parking, just like you turned key off. Not a rattle,bag,thud,nothing. Hit the key it spins over like a starter with stuck bendix.
