Rear lift on a auto ride LTZ

Check this cable for the service suspension system light if you just put a set of coil spacers on... Mine was unplugged and after plugging it back in, no light! (Rotate the pic, it came out flipped once)

    Help with replacing motor mounts

I have a busted motor mount on the drivers side. I have searched this forum and over the net but I am not having much luck finding someone who has done this repair. Ive got an 07 LTZ 4WD, 5.3l. To start how many mounts are there, 2? I was trying to find a set of heavy duty mounts but I have...

    Tires over-inflated for the TPMS?

I put on a set of BFG A/T 285 55 20 and they are at 45 lbs. Of course the TPMS system says check tire pressure because it thinks they are over inflated. I read somewhere that the remote control door lock receiver will go to sleep if they are over inflated for too long. Anyone have any experience...

Remote control door lock receiver part #

I found on another board this fix. I removed the 10A fuse from the drivers block, I think it's called the dsm fuse, and it was good BUT I left it out for about 20 seconds and put it back nIn and it works perfectly! I thought it was the RCDLR because I lost all my remote functions with my key...

07 Tahoe LTZ Power Liftgate Problem

My power lift gate has began to act up. First when it opened it would make a loud bang at tue very top just before it stopped. Then it refused to close when I punched the button. It would make noise for a second but wouldn't close automatically. Now it'll still open with power but when it opens...

Remote control door lock receiver part #

UPDATE WITH FIX Remote control door lock receiver part # Well yet another issue with my Tahoe. I'm on a road trip and all of a sudden my key fob stopped working and my TPMS went crazy and says it needs service. After much research it seems the problem is my remote control door lock receiver...

Should 1.5 spacers trigger service suspension light on an LTZ?

As some may know I replaced my autoride struts (front) with Bilstein 5100's. To trick the system so the service suspension light wouldn't come on I wired in a resistor on each wiring harmed that use to plug into the strut. Everything was fine. Two days ago I installed rear 1.5" spacers. Very...

What exactly is the front stabilizer do?

I think you are right, there'd be way more roll in a 7000 lb truck than a Mustang.

What exactly is the front stabilizer do?

So what exactly does the front stabilizer/sway bar do? The bushings in the sway bar link/stabilizer bar link are cracked, broken, split and are anything but doing what they should be. I'm taking a 1600 mile road trip and was wondering if I could just remove the stabilizer bar or does it actually...

Rear lift on a auto ride LTZ

So no problems with autoride? Im assuming its still rides just as it did? Can you post a couple pics from the side? Is it a pretty sraight forward install? Support frame with jack stands and let rear end down. Springs just pop out them or do I need a compressor?

Rear lift on a auto ride LTZ

I replaced the struts because they were both leaking. Now the front sits higher than it was before. The rears have the autoride but they dont raise the truck enough to balance it out.

Chasing a clunk in the front end

I have the exact same issue. I just changed the front struts last weekend and it still does it so I know on my truck it's not a strut/shock issue... Any updates?

Rear lift on a auto ride LTZ

Hey guys I've got a 4x4 LTZ and the rear suspension really bothers me. It always looks like its sitting lower in the rear which I can't stand. I replaced the rear shocks recently with Arnott's reman units and they are pretty nice. I went with Bilstein 5100's in the front and they are sweet BUT...
