Sounds similar to many of the "blend door' issues,.. except this issue is DEFINATLEY bump related. -

I should have been more clear on that,...NO the HVAC system does NOT shut down,..heck it doesnt even flicker,.. it just stop blowing cold immediately and actually feels like its blowing hot air,... but all the indications stay as set. -

So where would a fella begin to look when the A/C shuts down triggered by a large bump in the road,.. obviously a loose connection or similar.... just looking for ideas on WHERE to start looking,. thank you -
Muffler/Cat questions
So at 140k my muffler is looking worn for the worst,...heat shield is beginning to make a racket and alot of popping and snapping noises on cool down. Looking for muffler recommendations,... slightly louder then stock on the outside is ok, but dont want any cab noise. Also, is there and success...- Shaw520

Thats ^^^^^ been my experience,.. there have been time that Ive been refused passage WITHOUT traction chains/cables installed. Sequoia National Forest being one of others. -

...and obviously this is the issue,... I mean an awd Hyundai isnt going to be as capable as Full-sized Dually,... so the 4x4/awd wording to the specifics is an issue. -

At times there are some roads/passes in Co and CA that require chains to be fitted to the vehicle or they will not allow passage....the same may hold true for certain areas of Oregon and Wash state but im not familiar with those areas. -
