    04 burb cuts out when hits below 1/4 tank

    Put a new Delphi pump in about 2 years ago and if you let it get much below 1/4 of a tank it will cut out an die with acceleration. But as soon as you put more gas in it runs normal. Anyone have any ideas?

    I have an 04 suburban and finally swapped out the keys and leveled it, absolutely love it!! Does note look like a grocery getter anymore! Also, spray painted the z71 wheels flat black. Hoping to swap to moog HD coils next.

    Hey update on the stalling, I ended up replacing the fuel pressure regulator again and whenever I inspected it I notice a Oring did not seat properly causing loss of fuel pressure. I also replaced the flex fuel sensor with a dummy one. I do not use E85 nor will I. so that being said the burb...
