How about a transfer case that isn't made out of magnesium? Also, proper mounting for the oil pump in the transfer case so that it doesn't wear a hole in the case.
NP246 pump rub forced me to replace the transfer case in mine. Fortunately, it was under warranty.
After I got my Yukon I started noticing all the other Yukons and Tahoes around, and I haven't seen too many in Spiral Gray.

I'm so envious! I just bought mine a couple months ago, so that mountain of payments is looking pretty tall at the moment. We're paying extra every month to try to pay it off quicker, though. I own my Jeep and Subaru free and clear, at least.
