    How about a transfer case that isn't made out of magnesium? Also, proper mounting for the oil pump in the transfer case so that it doesn't wear a hole in the case. NP246 pump rub forced me to replace the transfer case in mine. Fortunately, it was under warranty.

    After I got my Yukon I started noticing all the other Yukons and Tahoes around, and I haven't seen too many in Spiral Gray. Anyone else have one in this color? It looks almost black in photos, but in person has a little green in it when up close.

    I'm so envious! I just bought mine a couple months ago, so that mountain of payments is looking pretty tall at the moment. We're paying extra every month to try to pay it off quicker, though. I own my Jeep and Subaru free and clear, at least. Congrats!

    I believe the rear axle in your 99 Yukon is leaf sprung, correct? If so, the 2004 rear will require some modifications to fit. The 2004's are coil sprung. You'll probably have to move the shock mounts, and you'll have to get rid of all the brackets from the original coil suspension. Then...

    Looks great, but I'd miss the wiper. Did you blend on to the quarter panels when you painted it? If not, can you tell the difference in color?
