Ahh, that makes sense. that is reassuring, i guess my main concern now is oil consumption. Has this been an issue in the 6.2 motors? i have been searching this question for a few days now, with no definitive answer.- popsx3

Really close to buying a Denali got a few questions
Its got 67k on it and they want 27,990 for it. I checked for cracked dash, didn't have any in it. Did have water stain on head liner from wire harness gromet in hatch.- popsx3

Thanks J. it's got AWD so no shifting in to 4x4. Its at a honda dealer, i asked about dealer records they left a message with the previous owner but haven't heard back yet. I did test drive it yesterday, one thing I noticed is a sleight lag between pressing the gas peddle and acceleration. this...- popsx3

Really close to buying a Denali got a few questions
Looking at a 2007 Yukon XL Denali, what should i look for problem wise? It has the 6.2 engine, has there been a problem with these burning oil or was that just the 5.3s? i saw a post about known problems but cant find it now. Thanks for everyone's help. take care- pops- popsx3
