    Why wouldn’t it? Especially if it never 100% stayed on 2wd and would switch on whatever it wanted to going down the road.

    Thanks! I do know that yesterday when I was being pulled home in N didn’t disconnect the driveshaft so the noise was there if my dad went over a certain speed.

    I would, mines been acting up for a little while now but I believe it helped cause my Tcase to go completely out today. YAY.

    Mine has the digital display. The fuse seems to be fine.

    Sorry. I should’ve posted that as well. 04 Chevy Tahoe Z71. Both, I am assuming? Has front and rear controls. Where is that fuse located under the hood or the side panel on driverside?

    I just feel like there has got to be a reason for it to have burnt up again. Thank you for your response!! I will definitely try that!!

    I watched a couple of YouTube videos and noticed that someone mentioned that the orange wires could burn up. Under the panel on the driver side by the hood latch. I checked if that was the issue, and it was. So, I spliced the wires and connected them, and it worked for about three weeks...
