I would think it would be pretty easy to add it. Not sure on connectors up there though. Some had switches for power folding rear seats and the later models they removed it. I would look on ebay for one from the exact year as yours and see what you can find.
I know this is old, but I installed one in a 2019 Escalade ESV. Sounds great for what it is. Disabled the ANC with a harness, no programming. Worked fine.

Yes, the center mount has a little piece that sticks up like a guide bolt. You must have this part to secure it properly. It is a little black piece of plastic if I remember correctly.
