Was driving to work and I heard a loud pop from the driver side rear window when I went to roll it up. Window was stuck an inch down. Replaced the window motor and actuator. 2001 Tahoe roof rust rot under roof rack
Ended up taking the roof rack off the Tahoe yesterday and the rusted worse than I was expecting. I took off the passenger side too and there was no rust on that side. Only area there was rust was the driver side front. I sanded out the rust. Filled in the thin areas with JB Weld. Primer, and... -

My Sonar LED tail lights started going out after 12 years. Bought Dorman factory stock 2004-2006 tail light housings and installed them on my Tahoe. Used LED 3157 bulbs for the turn, reverse, and brake lights. Really happy with how they turned out.- Kman

Found a 63 inch cargo cover on Facebook Marketplace for $80. In perfect condition and works perfectly. It’s a shade darker gray than my interior but I’m so happy. 2001 Tahoe LT driver seat stopped working
Figured out the issue. One of the connectors under the seat was disconnected. It was a two prong plug. After I plugged it in the seat works again. -
2001 Tahoe LT driver seat stopped working
Seat was working fine recently. I noticed the driver side seat stopped working. The heating function on the driver seat stopped working too. The bolster and lumbar does work. If I press 1 or 2 on the programmed seats nothing happens. Passenger side everything works. Anything I can check? -

4 Piston Big Brake Upgrade from 2019-20
Does anyone know if the hybrid wheels from the NNBS line will clear these brakes or is there not enough offset? Wheels are 18 inches.- Kman

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
I figured this out. The Sylvania ZEVO 194 led bulbs are polarity sensitive. That’s why they worked in every case but during the day when the turn signal is on. I returned them and have non-polarity led bulbs coming tomorrow. That should fix the issue. I stumbled on this thread and it helped...- Kman

Changed out the front DRL (4114), front turn signal (4157A), and front side marker lights (194) to the Sylvania ZEVO LED on my 2001 Tahoe. Installed an EP29 flasher to get rid of the hyper flash while I was at it too. Everything works correctly but when my headlights and parking lights are off...- Kman

Well I could do it for $150 if I want to use Chinese glass which I don’t want to do. Ended up having the chip filled as there is a National backorder on Tahoe windshields. Called 5 glass shops in two states and they all laughed and said the same thing….National backorder.- Kman
