    So my abs , traction control and brake light is on and I can’t for the life of me figure out where to start or diagnose the problem , brakes seem to be fine but when I accelerate to 40+ it starts shaking and when I let off the gas I can hear almost like a rubbing noise

    so I ended up just re building and re gear the front as well to keep everything original and it worked out great , shifting at good Rpm’s and not over reving trying to go up hills anymore plus better mpg so far but thanks for all the advice

    It’s because I don’t do much off roading he knows I just mainly drive it for cosmetic reasons , so he refereed it to just to be 2 wd to be better on mpg but I’d rather keep it original even though I won’t be actually having much use for awd

    I do have 4.56 gear ratio for both , just saying he’s wanting me to eliminate the awd and get rid of the front diff and just use the rear

    The rear had a bad seal so I was rebuilding and I’m running 22x14 on 37s so while I had it tore apart I went ahead and re geared it and the front cv axle on the inner has a lot of play so I’m thinking the bearings went out in it as well

    I have the rear geared to 4.56 but my mechanic is saying i should just take out the front diff and cv axels and just leave it rwd , just trying to see if that would cause problems , I already have the gears and rebuild kit for the front but if not needed I will return the parts

    Yea I found a kit for 1,300 for both front and rear , just wanted to make sure I didn’t need a bigger carrier

    It doesn’t do much off-roading , so if I go to 4.10 do I have to change the carrier as well or can I just get a re gear kit , sorry not very mechanically inclined
