I seem to found a fix. I took my iPod and connectedness to iTunes on my computer and selected shuffle there and then took it back to the Tahoe. Now it stays on shuffle but sometimes the correct song title doesn't come up. Crazy.
On my iPod I set the shuffle songs option but when I turn the truck off it resets it to non-shuffle. So each time I start the truck I have to turn the shuffle option back on using the Mylink audio screen. Anyone know how to resolve this?
I had the leak. It's not that gap you're referring to. It a bad seal or they didn't torgue the bottom bolt tight enough on antenna. It's an easy fix but annoying while you have it.
I don't doubt the issues you had either. It really sucks when you have an issue that ruins the experience. i'm sorry for anyone that has problems. It's really just luck of the draw if you get a good one or not it seems.
I had a leak from my onstar antenna too at around 750 miles. They replaced it and no problems since. I complained on my survey and they sent my a $1,000.00 coupon to use for any GM accessories.
To be honest, it looks kind of ghetto. The interiors of these trucks are beautiful and this product seems to really take away from that. It does look like it'll protect the interior however. Maybe if it matched the interior color better? Just my opinion.
