This time I got it. I kept the battery disconnected for a couple of days until the car was drained of the stored energy. When I reconnected the battery the a/c worked perfectly. I only knew about it from reading all the posts in here. Thanks everyone. -

I tried disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours. I took off both battery terminals. I put them back on. I started the vehicle and the A/C did not work at all. I turned it back off. I pulled the same fuses again #70, 39, 48, and 55. After putting them back in and starting the car... -
