I've been getting some slap from time to time when my truck is hot.....and if I just shut'er down and start it back up it goes away.....suggestions?
BTW: Bout 150K on the clock
I have the exact same thing going on........it seems to get louder relative to the acceleration..... it happens every third or 4th time I start the truck.....dod you have any luck figuring this out?
Have you relocated the driver's side pan hard bracket? In order to get the bar over 2" you have to redrill some holes and move the bracket toward the passenger's side. If you just scoot the pan hard over the driver's side bracket will catch on the curve of the bar before you get your...
I wouldn't remove your front bump stops.....you can order some low profile poly's and cut off the stock stops and replace them but if you just take out the factory stops you're likely to hit the brackets.......as afar as out back there are plenty of options and I'm sure Tony will chime in but...
Had the same issue on my 04' a while back...... most likely it's the oil pressure sending unit. My second guess is the stepper motor........all the things mebtioned by the others are certainly possible but I think it's the sending unit..........it's a bugger to get to but I did mine myself, $50...

Let me know when you are ready to start.

Ummm......... Then you should get the McDonalds out from under your seat. E85 is ethenol made from corn or sugar cane. If you had a deisel converted to run on vegetable oil and you used recycled oil used to fry french fries you might have something champ................

Like the color but I can't get over how crappy the rear ends on the NNBS look......... I'd love to see someone fab up a roll pan and get rid of that giant step bumper......
Anyone ever see a NNBS with a roll pan or something to that effect?
Sweet rig........for sure.....any plans to color match the D pillars? I think that would really pull it together and possibly the 3rd brake light but I'd give that some thought......D Pillars for sure though......too bad you can't put a roll pan on the NNBS, that would be out of...
