    Not sure if you ever got this fixed or not, but when I got my Tahoe, it also had the saggy bumper. I went with the jack and 2x4 method. Totally worked for me.

    Plugs and wires are unknown. I've had the truck for about 2 years now and she ran fine, so I didn't bother throwing money into that. The fuel filter was replaced about a year ago, when I replaced the FlexFuel sensor that had gone bad. Oil, oil filter and air filters changed regularly.
